Are We Allowed To Cancel Orders? 
Yes, if you have ordered within the last 12 hours we are happy to cancel your order. However if your order has been already processed and is being printed your order cannot be canceled. 

Does this Store have free Shipping? 
Sorry, we do not offer free shipping at the moment.

What is Your Shipping details?

  3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order.

  4. Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.  

What is Your Return and Exchange Policy? 

  1. No Returns: As stated earlier, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the product received is defective or damaged.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at admin@blockanddodge.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Exchanges 
    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size please email admin@blockanddodge.com with 2 days of receiving the item. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

  4. Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you at no additional cost.
